My own journey began as a high-achieving perfectionist, driven by validation and the pressure to perform. I climbed the career ladder, worked with heart surgeries, and lived a life that, on the surface, looked successful – but my body told a different story. After a long struggle with stress, burnout, and health issues, I realized that the key to true success lies within.

I have a deep passion for holistic health and always take a whole-person approach in my coaching. The body, mind, and emotional well-being are deeply interconnected, and I work with all of these aspects to create lasting transformation. The unconscious mind controls up to 97% of our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and it is where our deepest limitations reside. When we release old programming at the unconscious level, transformation can happen fast – in fact, in just one single day.

My unique expertise lies in my ability to identify and resolve the deepest mental blocks at the unconscious level. I combine advanced techniques in NLP, Time Line Therapy®, and hypnosis with a holistic understanding of the body and mind – making transformation not only powerful but also lasting. Today, I live around the world as a digital nomad, running my own business and creating the life I once dreamed of. When I'm not coaching, I love to dance – especially pole dancing, which has become one of my greatest passions. Just like in life, dance for me is about freedom, presence, and the courage to let go.
